i have not been very disciplined this week, which is upsetting since I'm going away this weekend and part of next week and I KNOW I'll be bad then... hoping part of my recent gain is b/c i have my period this week... i guess we shall see..

i started taking the psyllium seed husks today! Excited to see if they make a dent in my appetite, esp mid-afternoon and dinnertime.

Also, realized last night how much i STUFF MY FACE while cooking. The spoon was going into my mouth everytime i stirred something!! not good, not good at all. a little tasting is ok and necessary, but i hope i can shave some calories by being more aware of this and trying to limit my tasting...
185.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 35.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
