I now remember how good it felt to eat the right way....and even though I am doing Medifast my own way (eating Quiznos for dinner or cookies for a snack),I am managing my carbs and calories well enough to lose weight. I now feel like I can finally see 300 sometime soon. Hopefully I can keep this up. I had a craving for waffles and syrup the other night and my husband stopped that in its tracks...finally! Thank goodness because I woulda regretted it something serious the next day.
336.4 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 156.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

No prob. Yea I think it was payback from all the times I had to tell him no. lol.

Hahaha, you are really lucky that your husband reigned you in, lol. Most of the time my husband causes my cravings, lol. But I love him anyways!

yea same here...but this time I think he felt it was payback for all the times I told him no.
