It's amazing to see such great results after a week of HARD WORK & EFFORT!! Even sex was better. i dont feel much change in my clothes, maybe that will change now after joining Snap Fitness.
198.8 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
