Didn't eat much yesterday. Lunch was a granola and yogurt and then 2 bratwurst for dinner. I was at 1500 on the day but I wasn't starving. Large in part to staying pretty busy and dringing a lot of fluid probably but either way its good for the deficiet.

I have days like that where I don't eat the best food, but the deficit is maintained. In the past I would have felt guilty for skipping breakfast and having an Angus burger from McDonalds for breakfast/lunch, but no more. It's all about calories in/out for me.
Funny thing though, when I eat crap, I feel like crap. Someday I'll learn.
