Weekend was busy. I haven't entered my food but I'm gonna try today. I was fixing and working on different projects all weekend. Felt good and I had good energy. I'm down 26lbs total today and I can feel the difference. Mainly the fact that I'm in size 40 jeans instead of 44s. I'm rairly so hungry I have to snack and when I do I'm full quickly, but still satisfied.
309.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
