Yeah, weight is starting to go back down! My goal is to maintain between 142 and 144. Next week we have class reunions, family reunions, and our town's 125th celebration. I want to be at 142 to give myself a little cushion since I know there will be lots of good food and drink involved in these gatherings.

I rode my bike about 22 miles last night in our club's women's only ride. We did intervals of 30 seconds all out, let up for 30 seconds and repeat for 5 minutes, followed by 5 minutes steady pace, and repeated intervals. Then an all out sprint for a mile. Ended with climbing a hill. I think this helped contribute to my loss!
