biblioholic03's Journal, 17 May 2008

Went ahead and weighed in even with the slight gain.. Oh well, it's not so bad and I'm trying to get it off.

Worked yesterday and then did Turbo Sculpt last night, was going to do a cardio workout, but that didn't happen. Hopefully today I can get it in!

Working again today. Not too much going on really, just working and I had some work from my job in SC that I still haven't finished I need to do.

I've been eating well, not sure what my calories were yesterday, I need to check. Today on the zig zag is supposed to be a low cal day of 944, so we'll see. I may go a bit above that because I know I didn't use all the calories yesterday.

Anyway, Hope I can catch up with you guys tonight! It's hard working and exercising and keeping up with "life" and still trying to find time on FS and look at everyone's journal; I don't know how you ladies, especially ones with kids too, do it!

A pound is nothing, but that silly graph makes it look like a big deal. It sounds as if you are doing fantastically. I am really intrigued by the zig zag plan. Is it the same as the JUDDD - Johnson Up Day Down Day? I think it is a really interesting concept and I'm looking forward to seeing how it goes with you. You're still the Turbo Sculpt Queen, which is awesome!!!!

MR: I think it's somewhat similar from what I was just reading. I heard about it from Lotus (check out her journals/weight loss history) and she's been doing it a couple months. It's not as strict as the JUDDD, but you do have low calorie days and high cal days. Basically to trick your body into thinking it's getting enough food (your high cal and reg days) so that it doesn't need to hold onto the fat. If all the time you're so low in calories your body holds onto the fat b/c you're not getting enough. So you do a high cal day and then a low cal because your body doesn't need a lot of food after the high cal day. http://www.naturalphysiques.com/tools.php?itemid=64 This is the website Lotus sent me and that I've been using. And thanks about the Turbo Sculpt Queen, that made me laugh!

That one pound gain will be erased in no time with all of your exercise, activity and new zig zag plan. And how do I keep up with everyone's journals? I'm an addict. Ok. There. I've said it :) Have a great day!

that one pound does make it look sooo drastic. And we wonder why we had to even post our weights. I finally updated my weight and posted an update. I miss you terribly and I have not been behaving as I should. I think I need to you be here and settle me down.
