I forgot to weigh in before breakfast and I'm usually 1/2 lb to a lb heavier after breakfast sooo... I think I've made a goal of mine. 174 is no longer obese. I'll wait till tomorrow to really celebrate though, to make sure. Also, I always lose weight after a day of shopping, more than gym exercise or running or something. It stinks then I guess that I can't exactly go shopping every day!
