So, for the first time in my life something bad happened and I didn't answer it with food. Instead, it was the opposite I turned almost completely away from eating. I didn't even know what to do with myself since I've never done that before. That's the reason for the dramatic weigh in.

But this week I've been eating (a lot...) and running again. So i'm going to weigh in again tomorrow and see how it goes.
122.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
