Weekend was good. I didn't eat as often as I have, not as much, and most of it was not the healthiest, but I kept my calories down all weekend. I was really busy working saturday and then finishing the work on Andrews car Sunday.
318.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
