I ate more volume than i should have last night but my calories were well in limits. could not feel full yesterday.
325.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 75.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't think volume has all that much to do with weight loss. It's mainly just eating the foods your body is best at digesting :) These are usually unprocessed foods I think but everyone is different so experimenting a little bit helps.

Some people are volume eaters. As long as your are within your calories, it doesn't matter. Just make those calories healthy.
