Well, I have been MIA for a little bit. Back on board. Started keeping track of my WW points today as I've had the most success with getting what I eat under control with that and it's not a restrictive diet as far as eliminating certain foods or eat this for breakfast, eat that for lunch, etc. That just doesn't fit into my life style.

Last night I made up an exercise schedule through September. It basically is 3 weight training days, MWF and then cardio, lots of abs, and a little yoga/stretching. Today is Day 1 and I'm doing Turbo Jam Cardio Party Remix and Turbo Jam Ab Jam.
118.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

It's good to have some structure to fall back on when we've gone off the rails for a bit. Your exercise schedule sounds great! Enjoy your day :)

Glad to see you back here! :) I think WW is a good plan if that's what helps you maintain some control - I also like the lifestyle change as opposed to a restricting/eliminating "diet"... Great job on the exercise schedule!! I need to do the same...
