I think I'm purging all the crummy food I was eating cuz i can't imagine I'm loosing this much weight already. I'm down 6 pounds in 4 days. Again I'm not complaining but seems to good to be true. I'm still getting full eating salads and lower calorie meals than the same amount of high cal food used to take.
329.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
