End of week 14 and loss a total of about 3 pounds which is great but should have really been 5, but the last two days I went back into my kinda normal eating and backslid badly. Today, is a wakeup call for the week and I am adjusting my eating and will do well for the next week. I am not upset because atleast I lost, but just have to evaluate my wrongdoings, change them, and move forward. So, my goal for next week is to finally see the 330's like I should have today.

No self pitty or self indulging here. I will just evaluate and move on. Today starts a new day.
342.4 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 162.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Yep, I do...and I will focus on getting to that point in order to stay focused. I know for you, coming from being in the 330's like my husband, its funny to hear someone else who is trying their hardest just to get there. It shows how far we have all come!

Congrats on the loss, man 3 pounds is awesome. Three more than would have been there if you had not worked so hard this week. :-) We all want more more more. I am looking forward to my three pounds this Sunday. Hopefully, I will be there if I continue to be good. Its going to be a challenge because I will be back home and wanting to just relax and snuggle and eat heart shaped pancakes and watch back episodes of General Hospital (I HEART me some Sonny Corenthos) and do NO PAPERWORK. Be encouraged...You are well on your way to victory.....oh and tell that husband stop sneaking around FS. Don't be scerd. :-)

Good job! 3 pounds is great. I havent been on here in ahile and I am tryng to find my back! I di ur mindset...no need to be upset u have to keep onkeeping on...again Great Job!
