I doubt the weight loss is accurate. I ate very little today and walk a lot so I think I am just dehydrated. I wont be upset if the number goes up or remains the same next week. Still, its nice to see a loss.
241.6 lb Lost so far: 33.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
