This weekend was a lovely one, besides the drama with my mom, which usually causes me to overeat in order to make myself feel happy. Although I was not completely on the Medifast foods throughout this weekend, I still managed to see a loss on the scale everyday, and did NOT go over my 100grams of carbs either so I would not have to restart the program. I was able to indulge in a long lost friend of mine: Classic Cobb Salad from Quiznos with Ranch Dressing...oh how good it was....and I had a double portion....of which I did not need....but deeply wanted and caved in to. It was worth it! Sooooo worth it! Now its Monday and I am at work and back on the focus of eating well. Will go downstairs at my job to buy me a diet pepsi MAX (enough caffeine to last until 5pm) and a water and look forward to my Friday weigh in an journal entry. Being 343.8, I am praying I get a suprise this friday with a 330's weigh in....hey, anything is possible...but if not I will not be upset because this week is going to be awesome...can't say what next week will bring (memorial day barbeques are diet smashers!).
343.8 lb Lost so far: 46.6 lb.    Still to go: 163.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're right, anything can happen...and 330s is a BIG possibility! :) I indulged in Red Lobster last night, and yes it was worth it! But way to get back to being focused! :)

I caved to cake and frosting( the BIG CORNER piece!!!) We're worth it! Well, there GOES Loreal's slogan cuz we're stealing it, girls!!!!LOL So let's all FOCUS this weeK 'kay--it'll bring us all good #S.

I guess I should confess to my Korean food this weekend. BiBimBap once with chicken ok and then umm again with shrimp. White rice. I know I know but I have not had Korean in forever and six days. I am on it for this 40lb challenge. It will take me ight up until my vacation and fitting into a sexy deep purple or turquoise is the goal. Maybe even a lil boy short and tank top set with my 2 pack (yeah I am not greedy enough for a six pack) working it on the cruise ship. WHOODY WHOOOOOO You know what would be nice is like a fatsecret cruise next year all my buddies meet up and have a great time. Hmmmm I may have to put something together next year?

You may because that would work out just nice where we are all smaller on a cruise or something even with family....it only takes one to start it up.
