The last time i trained was Wednesday the 18th .So no training for 11 days. Result a loss of 2kg. Must make a note a week off loses weight too :)!
Its Been 11 days of no training after getting the flu. So today i tried not to overdo it , having a very slight headache i decided to jog at a slower steady pace and see how it went.Focus was off time.Pleased with my jog.
1 min walk 25 min 40 sec jog 4 min 01 sec walk
total time: 30:41 distance-3.98km avg pace: 7:42 best pace 5:46 total walk- 5min 01sec total jog- 25min 40 sec
