A little Frustrated/overwhelmed
So before I found this site I didnt keep a log or food diary , nor did I count calories .Calorie counting is STRESSFUL.I almost didnt eat lunch today because the chicken salad I got from Safeway didnt have the nutrition info on it. I mean I suppose I can still document what I eat , and not worry about whether the calorie amounts are right, but knowing me that wont happen.

Use the power of estimation :) or at least plug in foods similar to it. You just have to use common sense to know what ingredients are in the food you're eating and how it's cooked.
