Well Day 2 doing the low carb thing. It wasn't easy but I did it. I made Velveeta shells to go with the pork chops and salad and green beans for dinner, and didn't have ANY of it. Didn't even lick the spoon when I was cleaning up! LOL My son's girlfriend made some carrot cake cupcakes and brought them over. Everyone has had one but me. Willpower! I am determined! I know I will probably slip up. But right here and now I've concurred what I would normally give in to! :)
