Not sure what, but I really worked out 6 days a week and followed my diet pretty well. Well I'm about to do more research and see where I went wrong.
244.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. Exercise can cause muscles to retain water to help them heal. This can show on the scale as a no loss, a smaller loss than usual or a temporary gain on the scale.
