erwinwarrior83's Journal, 18 April 2014

Ok, -2.2 last week, + 2.2 this week so I'm back where I was 2 weeks ago. I know it's the carbs. I've been active this week - shoot, I did my 5K last week and the equivalent of another on Sunday, and walked every day too at least 1.5 miles plus Curves 2 times. I made some poor food choices, and missed tracking a day and a half here and one day on WW. Lesson learned :) No more Kashi bars either. That's become my new "donut" - AKA a trigger food. So today I did another 3.5 miles walk (it's getting easier all the time, was winded at the end but recovered after only 1 cool down lap), went to Curves, and am going to do my nightly dance party in front of the TV. I'm not discouraged, so if you gained this week, you stay strong and encouraged and ready for a new day tomorrow :D
190.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Those bars and health food snacks can play evil tricks, warrior! The last thing we need is a 'new' donut"! :D

You also got to remember if you did your 5k and Curve's you are more than likely gaining muscle and that weighs more than fat does.

yes, and that's what is encouraging, but I do need to kick it up and get the scale moving again if I want to get to goal at WW and lifetime status - that's a $43 a month incentive. I've got September-October in mind right now.

True, I don't want to be the donut, either LuC2 :P

If you think of one week compared to your whole life it's not so bad. Everyone colors outside of the line every now and again; you just have to start a new picture.

Warrior you are going to get to your goal. I love your locked and loaded attitude :)

absolutely, and what's funny is most of that weight gain is gone today. But I don't count any day until Friday. I've come so far from before, so I'm definitely not discouraged. Our bodies are strange instruments.

Yes ... strange and wonderful at the same time.
