didn't get a loss for the day, but I have to accept that from now and again. Just have to keep the faith. Will not get out for a walk today because of the heat. Will just do some work inside the house.
227.7 lb Lost so far: 25.3 lb.    Still to go: 22.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
