4 weeks down and I lost 25.2 pounds. Still so many to go but it can be done. Official weigh in is soon and I will ask to take next weekend off for a small 3 day weekend for myself.
263.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 83.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
