I'm down to 233.6 but that's no big thing. I've been 233.6 before in the last 4 weeks. I'm still plateauing. I'm so ready to be out of the 230's.

You will get there. I hate plateaus!
Have you read about the 17 day diet? It says that you should put your body through cycles. I haven't gotten all the way through it yet but it seems logical to me. The diet is decently affordable also and might help with keeping the carbs low. In the book they say not to eat carbs after 2pm. I don't know if that works or not but I'm thinking about trying it.

I actually have a book about the 17 day diet on hold at the library :) I have to go pick it up.

Hey there: How is it going? You are doing your best and that is what matters, right? Your sodium and fat content are still pretty high. When lowering carbs and increasing protein, look for low fat and lean options. Good luck! I am here for ya!
