Трябва да пия по 3 литра вода на ден. Ако съм буден 15 часа, това прави по една чаша на час.

Трябва да се храня по 5 пъти на ден.
След тренировка трябва да хапна 50 грама риба/пиле/яйце и 50 грама сладолед.
