still weight the same, i even starve myself and that dont work. Am very disappointed with myself.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey honey, I do feel your pain in this one but starving yourself is just NOT good for you or your body! Is there any medical reason why you chose this diet to follow? If not, have a look at some other diets on this site and see if any of them are more suitable for you! Remember, we as a site have some amazing members who are more than happy to help with support or advice. I, myself, have been following a very structured diet (which is by no means easy nor does it have much leeway for variety) but it works for me and my body! Keep your chin up and keep going, it will be worth it in the end, I promise!

I totally agree with Chants. Perhaps before you start anything you can talk to your doctor and make sure you dont have a horomonal reason for not losing weight. Some times its your thyriod or another issue that causes slow or no weight loss. Also perhaps this isnt the right diet for you. I personally feel that it has to be something you can do for the rest of your life. I really like LA Weightloss but I also am a big believe in weight watchers. I just want to say you CAN do it.
