Hey honey, I do feel your pain in this one but starving yourself is just NOT good for you or your body! Is there any medical reason why you chose this diet to follow? If not, have a look at some other diets on this site and see if any of them are more suitable for you! Remember, we as a site have some amazing members who are more than happy to help with support or advice. I, myself, have been following a very structured diet (which is by no means easy nor does it have much leeway for variety) but it works for me and my body! Keep your chin up and keep going, it will be worth it in the end, I promise!
