Just updating here...I've been vegetarian for 12 years now, but I've switched over to vegan this summer and I want to change my diet to reflect this change.

Also starting the second leg of my journey after losing 50 pounds...now attempting to lose 50 more!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Hey MoBetta..I am vegan..no oils, no animal products...I weigh 121 right now..usually hang at about 119...am 5'7"...vegan for health and ethical reasons..I follow the Caldwell Esselstyn diet..Clinton's diet.. cannot keep weight on with this diet..thanks for being out there ...there are not many who are willing to commit to being vegan..
