Got off track :( Just need motivation, its hard doing it alone. I started dieting & excercising again yesterday..
I'm really hoping I keep it up. I was SO much happier, had more energy & I had so much confidence in myself while I was excercising & losing the weight...I CAN Do This! Done it before & will do it again :)
226.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
