Diet wise this weekend hasn't been so great. I drank alot on Friday night and I haven't been recording like I'm suppose to, BUT my measurements have gone DOWN!! Yay!! |
Last measurements were June 22.
Upper Arm: 11.23 - DOWN .25
Above Boobs 34.5
Over Boobs 39 - Up one, but its probably the bra
Under Boobs 30 - DOWN 1.5
Belly Button 36 - DOWN .5
Love Handles 38 - DOWN 1
Butt 40.5 - DOWN 1
Thighs 23.75 - DOWN .25
Calves 15.25 - DOWN .25
Woot Woot! This is awesome! :) If only I had a scale to weigh myself ....
Breakfast: Steelcut oats with strawberries and cinnamon/skim milk, apple and coffee
Lunch: Veggie Bean Soup
Dinner: Whole wheat wrap with spinach, pesto, provolone, cappicola (sp?) and tomato, cottage cheese and orange pepper
Snack: Kashi Mocha Almond bar, Greek yogurt (90cal serving)
That is awesome! Its when the inches start coming off that people actually start noticing the weight loss.
What's more amazing to me is that you are taking measurements off every part of your body. I'm lazy - I just measure my waist.

I find it motivating to take lots of measurements. I know from previous experience that certain parts of my body loose at different rates (my thighs and calves are horrible), so when I see changes in those places, its super exciting :D
