This is the first day back from my TDY to DC. I had not paid close attention to the my diet and exercise I definitely ate more. This is shown in my food journal, but is due to the fact that I wanted to try things.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
