Well, I have done well, until last night. Aargh. I ate the last 1/4 of the ice cream, right out of the container!! Wow, I fell into my old patterns, but I do know why. I need to plan my meals. So, today is a new day, and I will do this!! Ok, off to start creating my meal plan. Cindi
