June is tradionally the wettest month of the year and right on schedule the rain has stopped. Nothing but sunshine for the next two weeks, except for the odd thunderstorm. All this rain has my tomatos and basil looking rather sad, I hope they perk up with the sunshine.
My walks are getting longer and longer, this morning it was about an hour and hopefully I'll get another one in this evening. Beautiful temperatures today, 25C or about 80F. The mosquitos are coming out in force now. I hate putting repellent on, the idea of putting a poisonous substance on my skin worries me so I just learn to live with the bites, don't scratch.
Still no real weight loss but no gain either. I've been at the same weight for over a month now so its time to cut back on the calories a bit and see if there is a drop.

Funny you write that you feel stuck - I was going to say I see the green arrows going down, down, and down - true, you are losing small increments but still losing!

There are also small gains in there and it kind of evens out. I have left things for a while to let my body adjust and I think now is the time to go for another losing steak.

We've just had the 2nd driest June on record. There's no forseeable drop in temperature in the near future. Real temp today was 103F as it has been for days now. Ugh! I do have to admit, although I have to water every morning, My tomatoes, herbs and flowers are thriving. Try calorie cycling. Do 1300 one day, 1600 the next. It's working for me. I was at a total stalemate. Enjoy those long walks!!!
