iive been really awful at forgetting to take medicine this week. a silly thing since ive been feeling bad and taking meds helps prevent that. :P
spent yesterday helping a friend move. back at it this morning. let the good times roll. happy saturday everyone!
140.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
