First day of attempting Ketosis. I have no patience and am hungry!! I've got to stick with it though...If I give in and have carbs it will all be for not. Can't say I'm sad about eating bacon and almond butter though...(not together silly!). I just hope my kids and I survive till I hit the 'high'. With hubby gone, I've got great timing for attempting these challenges...*dripping with sarcasm*.
