Need to get back to serious tracking and exercise. Going to be a tough week to get it together but can only try hard.
155.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   losing 0.6 lb a week
