The bodybugg is a help. It's not expensive. What I like about the bodybugg is that it really shows you that as you are losing weight, you need to do more to get that same burn.
For instance, months ago it was easy to burn 5,000 calories in a day. Months ago I weighed well in to the 300's. Now at 275, I can do hours of sweat dripping cardio, and I am burning less than 4,500 calories a day.
