I'm working on getting back on the dieting wagon after my month long bout of gloominess... doing okay so far, BUT it doens't help that my birthday was last week and I have a quarter of sheet cake leftover in my fridge calling my name.
Rather than resist, I'm just going to eat it and enjoy it da**it! :D It was for my birthday after all, and this year has really sucked! No way can I eat that and stay under my daily RDI, but I figure two more days of eating cake until it's gone isn't going to kill me. I just need to remember to keep my regular meals healthy and to get some exercise in, and then resist the urge to go buy more cake when this cake is gone.
