I did it. I passed up on the Doritos, Stove Top, and Chips Ahoy cookies all over my house last night! I used positive thoughts and cucumbers and quacamole to help me feel not left out. Having a long-term house guest so there are more junky type foods everywhere. I'm am strong. I can do this! I'm looking forward to weigh in on Friday.

Congrats, keep it up!
There are lots of snacks you can make that taste just as good as junky food, try looking for atkins induction snacks. I would do homemade cheddar crackers (grated cheese you put in microwave for 15 seconds or in oven at 350 for 5 minutes) to dip into the guacamole, that would be delish.

You can do this, cause you already are. Awesome on passing on the things that aren't what your body needs, just what your mind wants!! You won that battle, and your gonna keep winning! Great job!
