My weight is good today. I had a great workout last night. I did Max Cardio Interval. Tonight I'm going to do core synergistics.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 68.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1891 kcal Fat: 85.50g | Prot: 132.74g | Carb: 150.29g.   Breakfast: Salsa, Fried Egg, Milk (Nonfat), 12 Grain Specialty Bread, Reduced Fat Mexican Style Shredded Cheese, Shedd's Spread Light Spreadable Margarine. Lunch: Salsa, Cut Green Beans, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner: Pork Loin (Country-Style Ribs, Lean Only), Sweet Potato , Sugar Free Boston Cream Pie Pudding, Cool Whip Lite. Snacks/Other: Cool Whip Lite, Pork Chop, Honey , Trail Mix Fruit and Nut, Peanut Butter. more...
