Martagator's Journal, 26 June 2012

This is a first good weigh in since I started it seems. Which means next week will not be hot, and the week after is my period, so two weeks I'll have to hang in there!
160.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
