Okay So I am on Day 9 of my diet. I have managed to keep my daily calorie intake under a 1000 calories beside from the weekend but I still kept it under 1500 for saturday and sunday.
I have also tred to drink my needed amount of water! very hard especially at work but I am doing well.
My family is doing their own thing and I even cook for them but I just make my own meal afterwards.
Well lets hope for the best!!!! Only good things can come from this..
