Cheated pretty much all weekend and consumed 300% my target daily calorie intake the past 3 days. Feel a bit gross and out of shape, but somehow I managed to lose 3 pounds since my last weigh in on June 21st.
Didn't eat anything pretty much all day. Just water and a small bite of the leftover baby spinach strawberry salad I made a few days back (no dressing). Took a scoop of Jack3d and ran 4 miles. Felt lightheaded and definitely not in my best running shape. Will need to keep running and get more sleep in the days ahead.
Probably will get a bite to eat before bed. I know it's a bad idea, but I probably need to get something in my stomach. I'll try to keep it light. Only 4.5 pounds to go to reach my goal. I have until July 11th to do it.
