Day 29: Triple Play - Spin, Run & Swim!

How much can you do in a day?


Today was a first. I took an early morning spin class, took a run in the evening and went to swim clinic (swimming 1400 meters). That's a lot of training in one day and I feel fine.

My daughter and I also had a retail therapy session picking out summer clothes for her without a battle. We were actually very successful and very surprised.

Today I was reminded that there's always more that I can do.
