YAY! Excited to get that extra easter weight off although i've find it is less about WHAT i eat and more about WHEN i eat (within reason of course ;)

If i keep eating several times a day the weight comes off..

Sounds like a plan to me!
216.7 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 51.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   losing 5.9 lb a week

I agree!!! When my husband and I go out to eat, we always go at lunch. I don't eat steak or any heavy meal at night. We've made it our personal rule. Good luck:)
