I have been on vacation for 10 days, back to work on the 25th. While I didn't lose weight over the vacation I didn't gain any either. So I'm happy. Back to the strick watch and exercise. Another 10 to 15 pounds by the end of July would be fantastic. It's my personal goal from today.
