Naiomy's Journal, 25 June 2012

Well i meant to jog this morning.. but (as some of u know who watch the news or live in fl) we had a tropical storm come thru.. so Debby effed my schedule up.

My purpose for today's journal besides the usual updates is to document a couple things i noticed.

I jogged every day for the last week ... except sunday morning as my rest day and of course today inadvertantly... anyway.. even tho the scale only got me down to 173.8 this weekend, i felt slimmer than i have in a long time.. even when i was at my 171.6. and b/c i'm actually being active again, my body is just looking better... i know some may tell me a week of jogging isn't going to really impact you so much.. however, i am coming off of years of consistant exercise.. and a span of months where i wasn't able to .. and i like to believe my body has really taken to me getting right back into my routine.. my legs are looking better and feeling tight.. and my stomach is much flatter than it has been.. even this morning after my cheat day i'm smaller than i normally am on a Monday..

so i'm excited to see how the jogging will improve my body after a few more weeks!
