I Didnt enjoy this session at all.My focus was off.Must try some music next time. Would love to know what others focus on / think about while suffering (jogging/exerciseing/swimming)

While jogging I always listen to music (to boring otherwise). I tend to listen to real 'upbeat' music, that I can adjust my pace to. When swimming, I just seem to go into a zone and concentrate on counting my laps and getting my stroke right.

I have pump me up music playing - something fast & upbeat I could would sing along with...if I wasn't breathing too hard. My mind wanders, mostly I daydream about boys, and weddings, and what I'm going to do this weekend lol. :) sometimes i just count the rhythm of my feet hitting the ground 1 2 1 2 1 2

When I speed walk, I listen to music. It really helps. Let us know what you decide to do! :-)

I'm about 50/50. Sometimes I love music and it is what fuels me through my runs, but other times I use it as my "thinking time". It really depends on my mood before the run. If I'm really stressed, I throw on the music because otherwise I will overthink and overanalyze things so the music distracts me from the stress.

You doing great with your running! I cant listen to music - I do calculations in my mind, how far I have run, time .. counting i.e .boring stuff like that!
