It would appear that my body just needed a day to rest and repair after nearly two weeks straight of heavy workout. I guess it refused to let go of extra water weight as long as I was refusing to let it recover...go figure! I had planned a low calorie, heavy workout yesterday...instead I did neither...I rested and ate nearly my entire allotment of 1500 calories...
Now, I know I can't do that everyday, but it was what I needed yesterday...today is another story!
So here is to a great start to a new week!

Still to go: 44.5 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
