I completely hear you!! I have give in to the food around me but the key is not to say next week....but to say its ok..."next meal"...then work out. I am having the worst time too, I was working out and then just stopped...why I do not know. But I too am going back on track.."Today!"
One thing I like to do is dance around the room when no one is looking...loud music and all... its quite therapeutic and now I use my son's punching bag...I am gong to place a fat picture of me and start knocking off the pounds. Keep going that's the key for us...just keep going forward, do not give up on YOU!! You are "WORTH IT".
