I HAVE MESSED UP A I HAVE GIVEN IN TO TEMPTATIONS AROUND ME AND I REALLY NEED THE MOTIVATION TO EAT RIGHT ... I HAVEN'T STOPPED WORKING OUT COMPLETELY BUT I DIDN'T THIS WEEK AT ALL .. BUT I WILL DEFINITELY START BACK NEXT WEEK STRONG EVERYDAY FOR AT LEAST 30 MIN AND AT NIGHT I WILL START BACK DOING MY SITUPS STARTING WITH 30 A NIGHT AND INCREASE 10 EVERY WEEK
231.8 lb Lost so far: 93.2 lb.    Still to go: 51.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I completely hear you!! I have give in to the food around me but the key is not to say next week....but to say its ok..."next meal"...then work out. I am having the worst time too, I was working out and then just stopped...why I do not know. But I too am going back on track.."Today!" One thing I like to do is dance around the room when no one is looking...loud music and all... its quite therapeutic and now I use my son's punching bag...I am gong to place a fat picture of me and start knocking off the pounds. Keep going that's the key for us...just keep going forward, do not give up on YOU!! You are "WORTH IT".
