It's looking like the first week of my challenge will be successful, the scale that had been bouncing around between 180-182 last week was showing 177 this morning! My official weigh-in is not till Monday morning but I'm stoked nonetheless. As for the rest of my challenges, I followed them pretty close. Haven't got my weight training in yet but did 20 min of stretching Wed night an have walked or ran every day this week. I did a really good job at keeping my calories under 1600 even with my beer and glass of wine cheat last night. (I knew that was gonna be the one thing I would have the most trouble with!). In my defense it was 28 degrees, on a Friday night, on my deck, after a long week, with a good book... It was literally screaming "You need a beer girl!!" the wine I have no excuse for.... lol.
Onwards downwards!!

I love seeing you plan out your "action plan" and watching you DO IT! Seeing you have success in the weight loss is even better!!! :) So have you decided what your exercise adventure will be for next weekend? I'll be out in Idaho next weekend so I'm hoping to do some hiking around my dad's property. Should be the "fun" kind of exercise! Keep up the good work!

Wow... wow ... wow ... You can do it! You are doing it! Yeah, i think we all have to make friends with certain foods. I continue to consume wine (I do love it) and some beer. It's really about balance, I guess. Keep up the good work!

We're going camping next weekend Connie so the exercise will probably be hiking. Jess... We all need our slack time, I had mine for the past 3 weeks! Just make sure you recognize you're slacking and try and find a way to remotivate yourself. I have to agree Glen, there are just some things not worth giving up..... I thoroughly enjoy a glass of wine with Dinner and an occasional cold beer on the deck on hot day! Everything in moderation! Cheers!!
